Hey, I’m Amber

Born and raised in Northern California, I was shaped by both the rugged beauty of ranch life and the harsh realities of intergenerational trauma. My journey has taken me through territories no one should have to navigate alone—becoming a widow as a teenager, raising children as a single mother, and surviving multiple forms of abuse and sexual trauma. I've also witnessed addiction's devastation firsthand, watching my mother and other loved ones struggle while learning to set boundaries and break cycles I was determined not to repeat. Each of these experiences could have broken me. Instead, they became the foundation for a different kind of strength.

I know what it means to live in survival mode because I lived there for years. I understand the weight of generational wounds because I carried them. I know the depths of grief, the complexity of loving someone battling addiction, and the courage it takes to choose a different path because I've walked every step of it. But I also know something else: healing is possible. Our past doesn't define our future. And our deepest wounds can become our greatest sources of wisdom.

Now living in Idaho with my children as a Certified Trauma-Informed Life Coach, I've dedicated myself to walking alongside others who are ready to break the cycles that have held them captive. Whether you're navigating loss, recovering from abuse, healing from sexual trauma, loving someone with addiction, or dismantling generational patterns that were never yours to carry—I see you. I understand the complexity of your pain because I've lived in that same complexity.

Through my own journey of grief, healing from trauma, and spiritual awakening, I discovered that transformation isn't about forgetting where we've been. It's about integrating our experiences, honoring our resilience, and consciously choosing who we want to become. I believe in the power of sharing our stories authentically, addressing the roots of our pain rather than just the symptoms, and creating lives that reflect our strength rather than our struggles.

My approach combines professional training with hard-won wisdom. I don't coach from theory—I coach from the trenches of real life, real trauma, and real transformation. Together, we'll work to help you move from merely surviving to genuinely thriving, from feeling defined by your trauma to being empowered by your resilience, and from repeating painful patterns to creating new legacies.

If you're ready to stop just getting through each day and start building a life that feels like yours—a life marked by stability, authentic connection, and hope—I'm here. Your story isn't over. In fact, your most powerful chapters may be the ones you haven't written yet.

Let's write them together.
